Outbooks will sort the accounts receivable list by customer first, and then by due date.

In addition to sorting, you can also filter the accounts receivable list by any of the criteria listed above. To do this, simply click on the filter icon in the top right corner of the list. This will open a filter pane where you can select the criteria you want to use to filter the list.

For example, if you only want to see invoices that are due within the next 30 days, you would select "Due Date" from the filter menu and then enter "30" in the "Within" field. This will filter the list to only show invoices that are due within the next 30 days.

You can also use multiple filters by separating them with commas. For example, if you only want to see invoices that are due within the next 30 days and that are from a specific customer, you would select "Due Date" and "Customer" from the filter menu and then enter "30" and the customer name in the "Within" and "Is" fields, respectively. This will filter the list to only show invoices that are due within the next 30 days and that are from the specified customer.

Once you have sorted and/or filtered the accounts receivable list, you can use the following actions to manage your accounts receivable:

View: This will open the invoice in a new window.
Pay: This will mark the invoice as paid and update the accounts receivable balance.
Void: This will void the invoice and remove it from the accounts receivable list.
Reminder: This will send an email reminder to the customer to pay the invoice.
Export: This will export the accounts receivable list to a CSV file.
You can also use the search bar at the top of the list to search for specific invoices. For example, if you are looking for an invoice from a specific customer, you would enter the customer name in the search bar. This will filter the list to only show invoices from the specified customer.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
