Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) have historically been underrepresented, but there is a growing effort to increase diversity and inclusivity in these fields. Many organizations and initiatives, such as Girls Who Code, STEM for Her, and Million Women Mentors, are working to inspire and support girls and women to pursue careers in STEM.
