Is it a good idea to invest in agricultural farmlands? With experience, I would say investing in agricultural farmland is one the best investments you could make. Last year, I purchased a Mango Farmland at Tindivanam, Chennai, from Getfarms for Rs. 9 Lakhs. Now, within a year, the value of the same agricultural farmland has increased to a whopping Rs. 13 Lakhs. I had to choose between residential land and agricultural farmland during my investment. I'm glad that I chose to invest in farmland which had gained me a good profit. Residential land would have been just an ideal piece of land as in my farmland I could cultivate the land and earn more money through many FMCG options. So, I'd suggest investing in agricultural farmland will be more profitable than investing in a usual residential land.
