CS8861 Needle Flame Burning Tester
Suitable for lighting, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tool appliances, electric motors, electric tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, electrical connections, accessories and other electrical and electronic equipment and their components and assemblies.
It is also applicable to the research, production and quality inspection departments of electrical and electronic equipment and its components and assemblies, such as insulating materials, engineering plastics or other solid combustible materials.
Conformity with standards:
Complies with UL1694, IEC60695-11-5, GB/T5169.5-2008, GB4706.1-2005 and other standards using a small flame ignition source program simulation test items.
Technical parameters:
1. Needle burner: stainless steel, inner hole 0.5±0.1mm, outer diameter sD0.9mm, length 235mm; peal burner angle: vertical (when adjusting and measuring flame height) or tilted 45 (when testing);
3. Burning gas: 95% butane gas or propane gas;
4. Ignition bedding layer: white pine board (10mm thick), covered with a layer of 12~30g/m2 standard silk paper, 200mm±5mm from the flame application
200mm±5mm below the place of flame application;
5. Temperature range: O--1000°C;
6. Flame temperature requirement: from 100±2°C to 700°C±3°C, should be completed within 23.5±1.0s; 7. Flame height: 12mm±1mm, height measuring device;
